Hyatt Regency Amsterdam Hotel

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Amsterdam and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel had a variety of breakfast choices that catered to everyone's preferences. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They were also very helpful in solving any problems I had during my stay.

Every detail was very good from the beginning, including staff and location, I loved it. Exceptionally comfortable beds and satellite television, climate control and an individual safe.

We had a such wonderful stay that met the criteria, would come here again. The staff were exceptional and accommodating, they offered a great service. Excellent restaurant provided local dishes.

Staying here was an absolute luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided were a delight, especially the top-notch spa and wellness centre. the massage services were superb and the spa lounge was just perfect for relaxation. the location advantages were great too, with easy access to the city center and museum district. the private facilities provided were exclusive.

The only issue I encountered was that the packed lunches could have been better. Other than that, this hotel was perfect.

The staff was gentle, efficient, and responded promptly to requests.

Wi-Fi connection was slow, slightly cramped room.

Everything is great here, had an excellent stay in a fair 5 star hotel.

The location of the room was great with a view of the canal. The check-in process was smooth and we got our room earlier than expected. The room was impeccably clean and had all the amenities you could expect from a luxury hotel. Transportation was easily accessible with the tram stop just a short walk away. The hotel's residential area made for a peaceful and quiet stay.

This hotel is enchanting and fairly clean with decent location close to metro and polite staff.

The hotel's botanical decor in the lobby and restaurant create a lovely atmosphere. I stayed in the executive club suite and it was spacious and had the option to make the room very dark for a good sleep. The breakfast had a buffet and a la carte option, and there were gluten-free options like croissants and mini cakes. The staff everywhere in the hotel, especially in the breakfast and club rooms, were wonderful.

Our room was spacious and modern with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff were friendly. We were impressed with the hotel's eco-friendly policies, such as not using disposable plastic bottles. we had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

The bed in my room was comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep throughout my entire stay. the business center was a great amenity, allowing me to easily handle any work-related tasks during my business trip. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to key attractions and transportation options.

The staff at breakfast seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to long waits for food and beverages to be replenished. the lack of proper service and attention to detail was disappointing considering the price paid for the room.

We spent a very very good time here, GREAT location and staff.

Planned to see Amsterdam major attractions and it was good home base for visiting all of them. Provided buffet breakfast. Location: the hotel was not far from a convenience store, the center and trams. Our experience here was real good.
